MADHON NEWS, PARIS -- The absence of the United States (US) in action soldiaritas condemned the attack on Charlie Hebdo maalah office on Sunday (11/1) and then became a byword number of media in the west and the US itself. Understandably, almost all the leaders of the world including Israel and Palestine took time to attend the event.
"Maybe they tell themselves no big parade after 11 September 2001 and that their presence in Paris was not necessary?" French President Francois Hollande said in an interview with Le Parisien newspaper published on Wednesday, as quoted by AFP on Thursday (15/1).
Washington only represented the US Ambassador to France, Jane Hartley, in the event. Secretary of State, John Kerry, US President Barack Obama's absence due to a security issue alone is enough to remember the event of sudden.
"I personally would very much like to be there," Kerry said in a visit to India on Monday (12/1) .To 'amends' Kerry reported to have arrived in Paris and will hold talks with French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius and President France Francois Hollande to show solidarity with the French country.
France is the oldest US ally which has had diplomatic relations since 1776. But their relationship reportedly continued to stretch after France opposed the US invasion of Iraq in 2003 ago.
