Threatens Charlie Hebdo, Hacker Pro-ISIS Dikes 19 thousand French Site
MADHON NEWS, PARIS - Hackers threaten pro-ISIS magazine Charlie Hebdo and the French government. The hacker had broken up to 19 thousand websites France.
