Jokowi Appoints Former Member of the PDIP So Judge of the Constitutional Court
MADHON NEWS 09 JANUARI 2015 - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi), I Dewa Gede Paguna appoint as judges of the Constitutional Court (MK) new. Paguna a politician Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) and was a member of the Assembly who joined the PDIP faction. "On January 6, the president of the Constitutional Court established that the new members of the government elements are I Dewa Gede Paguna. Decree signed by the president this afternoon around 12:00 pm," said Minister of State Secretary in the office of the State Secretariat Pratikno as quoted from republika.co.id , Tuesday (6/1).
Paguna will immediately be taken before the presidential oath of office on January 7 tomorrow. He will be inducted along with the judges of the Constitutional Court of the Supreme Court elements, namely Suhartoyo.

A day earlier, the selection committee submitted two names candidates for judges of the Constitutional Court from the government to the president, the Paguna and Yuliandri. In the end, the president chose Paguna.
According Pratikno, when submitting two names, Pansel also submit documents describing the results of interviews and verification of the Commission and INTRAC. In addition, the document also included a selection committee assessment based on competence, integrity, and independence of each candidate
